Investment Styles  Laidlaw manages three equity styles.  Each product is managed with Laidlaw's philosophy: invest inexpensive yet profitable companies with high returns on capital, strong growth potential and strong balance sheets.

Large Cap Equity- Growth: This style focuses on market caps greater than $1.5 billion.  The main objective is total return.  Clients invested in this style are either all equity or balanced between equity and fixed income.

Multi-Cap Equity- Dividend: This style focuses on market caps greater than $1.5 billion; high yield small cap names are added.  Increased weights are given to high dividend paying stocks.  The goal is to achieve a dividend yield at least 50% higher than broad market indices.  Clients invested in this style are balanced between equity and fixed income.

Small Cap Equity- Growth: This style focuses on less efficiently priced equity with market caps of $100 million to $1.5 billion.  The main objective is to exploit pricing inefficiencies in those securities not closely followed by Wall Street.  Clients invested in this style are pure equity.
